As early as I can remember being creative made me feel good, connected to my world, and true to myself. Fast forward 40+ years later, I’m still using various forms of creation, like photography and cooking as outlets for mental stress relief, and for fun! My recipes and designs are inspired by my Italian and Scottish roots, nature, art and architecture. I value coming together with family, friends with food at the center. I love to travel and will post about places I am lucky enough to visit, and the art, products and food I find along the way.
