Listening to needs and desires so that we can make the most of our time together and give you a great starting point for your planning. This consultation can last up to one hour.

PLAN STARTS AT $50/HOUR

Was your event cancelled, mis-booked or delayed? We can help pick up the pieces and if needed, to identify your next steps. We will work with vendors to tie up any loose ends and make you whole again.

CUSTOMIZED EVENT PLAN

Identify your taste, style, budget, and vision. We get started with a personalized plan that meets your needs and budget and will transform the idea into action.

We listen and make a plan to tackle whatever pieces of your event you want us to, and we do it with kindness, attention to detail and extreme care. We consider your needs, and the needs of your event guests. Then we get going!

DAY OF EVENT MANAGEMENT

We want you to enjoy your day. This package is designed for that would like to do all the planning themselves, but want a professional to help them execute all of their hard work when their wedding day finally arrives. Your “day of coordinator” will help make your day unforgettable and stress free.

PLAN STARTS AT $50/Hour

Thorough walk-through of venue

Discretely manage day of for a total of 8 hours from planners arrival

Create detailed timeline of events and distribute accordingly

Attention to details:

Calling to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery

Handle distribution of payment to each vendor

Handle clients “final touches,” such as:

Setting out programs, Reserved signs, Menu cards, Place cards, Gift Table, Guest book, name tags,

Guest Speakers and equipment
